Cedar Plank (may be purchased or hand made)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salmon (size depends on the number you feed)
Lemon Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soak the cedar plan in hot water for 30 minutes.

2. Put your fish on the plank.

3. Smooth Extra Virgin Olive oil over all parts of the fish.

4. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.

5. Place on a preheated BBQ (temperature should be about 400 degrees).Cook for 25-35 minutes.

When the fish looks all the same it is done. (you have to cut the fish to see)

Sometimes the plank will catch fire or just smolder. That's ok, just have water close so you don't burn your house down.
