1 package lemon cake mix – prepare as directed in a 9x13” pan



Frosting:

1 can (6oz) frozen lemonade concentrate - thawed

1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 container (8oz) frozen whipped topping – thawed

3 drops yellow food coloring (optional)

Lemon slices for garnish

After preparing and baking, cool cake for 15 minutes before inverting on a cookie sheet or cooling rack. . Cool completely and split cake in half horizontally. For frosting, combine lemonade and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl. Fold in the whipped topping. Add food coloring. Place bottom layer of cake on serving plate. Spread one-third frosting on top. Place top cake layer on frosting and frost sides and top with remaining frosting. Garnish with lemon slices. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
