3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 c. (1 lb) candied mixed fruit
1/2 c. candied pineapple
1 c. whole candied cherries
1 lb. raisins
1 1/4 c. (8 oz) pitted dates, cut up or bag of pre-cut
2 c. pecan halves
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. liquid (rum or orange juice)
1/4 c. dark molasses
3/4 c. Blue Bonnet margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients in very large container. Mix in fruit & nuts coating them with flour mixture. Mix liquids & pour over fruit mixture while stirring. Mix well. Distribute batter between 3 greased & lined with parchment paper or foil loaf pans. Bake at 275º for 2.5-3 hrs. Cool 20 minutes & remove from pans to complete cooling.
