2 1/2 c. canned peach slices
Pastry for single 9-in. crust and lattice top
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
5 T. flour
2 T. sugar for topping
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Drain Peaches thoroughly and arrange in pastry-lined pan. Combine 1 c. sugar, salt, flour and sour cream. Pour over peaches. Blend remaining 2 T. sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over filling. Top with strips of pastry. Bake @ 450* for 15 minutes and then reduce heat to 350* and continue baking for 45 minutes.
