My recipe for city chicken is: I buy cubes of pork, veal and sometimes beef. If you can't get it in cubes then buy a piece and cut it up.. Put it on the sticks alternating the meat. Fill the sticks. Then I roll it in egg and a little water beaten together. Then in bread crumbs. I use the plain because we don't like a lot of spices. I fry it on all sides to slightly brown.

Put on parchment paper on cookie sheet or a cassarole.Cover it. Bake it in oven for about 45min. or an hour. on 375 degree oven.I hope you understand this. It is easy. Any questions just ask. Enjoy
