9 oz. corn flakes-crushed
2 c. flour
1 tblsp. onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 egg whites
1 c. milk
1 1/2 lbs chicken tenders

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow dish, combine flour and seasonings. In a bowl, combine egg whites and milk. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour. Then dip chicken into egg mixture, and then into corn flakes, coating well. Arrange on parchment paper. Bake at 375ºF for 15-20 minutes.
