2 - 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
2 oz blue cheese
8 oz grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. canned pitted California ripe olives, (coarsely chopped)
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese. Add blue cheese, grated Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and beat until smooth. Stir in ripe olives.

Line a small bowl with foil or plastic wrap, and pack cheese mixture into it. Chill thoroughly. Lift cheese out of bowl and shape into ball. Roll in chopped parsley. Serve with crisp crackers.
