1 cup warm water
2 pkg yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk powder
2 eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup butter or margarine, room temperature
1 tsp salt
5 cup flour
Optional but recommended: Bread Dough Enhancer. Use per manufacturer's instructions.

3/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
8 tablespoons butter

Combine the water, yeast, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Let stand for 2 minutes. Add the dry milk, eggs, butter, salt, and 2 1/2 cups of the flour. Mix until smooth, then beat for 2 minutes. Stir in enough of the remaining flour to make a soft dough. Turn dough onto floured surface and knead for 6-8 minutes. Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours.To assemble your Darpoh sweet bread recipe, form risen sweet dough recipe into balls. Combine white sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon. Melt butter. Roll the balls first in the butter, then in the cinnamon mix.

Place balls in a greased tube pan. Sprinkle with raisins . Raise recipe Darpoh sweet bread until double, then bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour.
