1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. Shredded Zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp each of Allspice, Cinnamon & salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tblsp. cocoa
1 c. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar & oils in large bowl, add egg, vanilla, & buttermilk. Add sifted dry ingredients then zucchini. Pour into greased pan. Put chocolate chips on top of batter. Bake 325ºF for 45 minutes.
