1 qt. cucumbers cubed
1 qt. small whole cucumbers
1 qt. skinned onions
1 qt. green tomatoes chopped course
1 lg. cauliflower broken in small pieces
1 qt. water
2 red sweet peppers chopped fine
1/2 c. salt
6 tblsp. dry mustard
1 tblsp tumeric
1 c. flour
4 c. sugar
2 qt. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash veg, cover with brine solution made by mixing water w/salt. Let stand 24 hours. Bring to a boil in same solution. Drain. Mix together remaining ingredients and cook until thick. Stir in pickles, heat thoroughly, empty into hot sterilized jars and seal makes 5-6 qts. Hot bath 10 mins.
