2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. + 2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mini-semi-sweet choc. chips (optional)

Directions:

Grease and flour a bundt pan. Cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, mashed bananas and vanilla. Mix well. Add and mix in 2-3 steps: the flour, baking soda, baking power and sour cream. Mix until well combined. Add the chocolate chips. Spoon into the bundt pan and bake for 70-90 minutes at 350 degrees (or until a toothpick comes out clean). While hot, turn onto a serving plate.
