1 medium to large xuccini
1/2 Italian bread crumbs
1 egg beaten with 2 tbsp milk
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp of chervil or parsley flakes
1 tsp of garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a deep fat fryer to about 400º

Cross cut zucchini into 3 equal sections, then cut lengthwise into quarters.

Mix in a pie tin the bread crumbs, cheese, chervil and garlic powder.

Dredge zucchini in flour, dip in egg mixture, then bread crumb mixture.

Drop pieces into hot oil and fry until nicely browned. Turn out onto paper towels.
