1 - 7.5 oz jar Marshmallow fluff
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 lb. caramels

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely chop pecans (about 10 cups). Combine first 4 ingredients. Knead in the last of sugar gradually. Shape in 8 rolls - 1" in diameter, wrap in wax paper, refrigerate or freeze overnight. Melt caramels in double boiler, dip rolls in caramel to cover them, roll in nuts. (When dipping do 1/2 caramel, roll in nuts, dip other end in caramel- roll in nuts. You get burned less! Wrap up again in wax paper Keeps a month (Maybe!)
