Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
pinch salt
1 1/2 C chocolate chips

Cupcake Batter:
3 cups flour
2 cups Sugar
2 t. vanilla
2t. baking soda
1 t. salt
2 t. vinegar
1/2 cup Nestle's Quick chocolate drink mix
1 cup oil
1 2/3 cup Water

Directions:
Mix cream cheese with egg, sugar and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.

Cupcake batter:
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Combine the two and beat . Put paper liners in cupcake pans and spoon in cupcake batter till paper is 1/2 full.

Dollop 1 heaping spoonful of filling onto each cupcake. Bake at 350 for 25min. or till done.
