1 Kg. de barbacoa o pollo deshebrado
tortillas de maiz para hacer tacos
10 chiles poblanos
1/4 de litro de crema
300 gr. de queso fresco
rabanos
cebolla y un diente de ajo
lechuga
2 aguacates picados
mantequilla
1 lata de leche evaporada
pimienta y knorr suiza al gusto

Si es pollo se pone a cocer y se deshebra. Si es barbacoa, se compra ya lista para hacer tacos.
Se hacen los tacos y se fríen.

SALSA

Se asan, se desvenan y se dejan sudar los chiles, se pelan y se les quitan las semillas.
Ya enjuagados, se ponene en la licuadora con leche evaporada, un trocito de cebolla y un diente de ajo.
Se pone un pedacito de mantequilla y se sazona ahi la salsa con sal o knorr suiza y pimienta al gusto.
Se acomodan los tacos en un platon, se bañan con la salsa y se adornan con pedacitos de rabano, lechuga, aguacate. crema y queso rallado.
