5 or 6 lbs of beef brisket
3 oz liquid smoke
celery
garlic
onion salt
Worcestershire sauce
6 oz barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Pour liquid smoke over meat. Sprinkle with celery, garlic and onion salt. Cover with foil and put in refrigerator over night. Salt and pepper next morning. Pour Worcestershire sauce over until all meat is covered. Bake at 275º for 5 hours covered. Pour barbecue sauce over, cook for one more hour. Cool, then slice thin. Simmer in liquid in oven just before serving.
