3 cups diced cooked ham
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped stuffed olives
2 hard cooked eggs, diced
2 teaspoons minced onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
Dash pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 cup crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chopped ham, celery, stuffed olives, hard cooked eggs, and onions. Add lemon juice, prepared mustard, pepper, and salad dressing. Put into an eight inch round cake pan or baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Or serve cold with the chips on the side.
