2 cans white shoepeg corn, drained
4-5 fresh jallapenos chopped
1/2 c onion
1 8 oz. pkg shredded Cheddar and Jack cheese
1 8 oz pkg shredded Colby and Monterrey Jack cheese
1 c mayo
1 c sour cream

Directions:

Mix all together. The longer it sets, the better it tastes. Serve with chips - I like Fritos the best with this recipe!
