4.5 lbs - Ground Beef (85/15)
2 medium onions diced
4 c fresh Green beans sliced
1 c carrots (sliced)
1 c cilantro
1 t black pepper
1 t salt
1 t sugar
3 t garlic powder
Bean sprouts
package of eggroll wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, drain thoroughly when done.

Mix in onions, cook meat and onions on low heat until onions are done - mix thoroughly. Add in green beans, leave on low heat. After a few minutes, add in carrots. remove from heat. Add in cilantro, cover lightly and let cool.

After cooled place mix on eggroll wrapper, add bean sprouts and roll.

Note use egg whites to coat edge of each eggroll wrapper when almost done to help seal.

Eggrolls can then be frozen or cooked.
