Ingredients:
Ingredients:
10 Chicken Wings
1/2 c flour
1/4 t salt

Sauce:
1/4 c butter
1/4 c Louisiana hot sauce
1 dash of pepper
1 dash garlic powder

Bleu Cheese or Ranch Dressing and carrots and celery
Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt in small bowl. If the wings are frozen, be sure to defrost and dry them. Put the wings into a brown paper sack and sprinkle the flour mixture over them, coating each wing evenly. Put the wings in the refrigerator for 60-90 minutes, which will help the breading to stick while frying. Heat oil in a deep fryer at 375º. You want just enough oil to cover the wings entirely. Fry the wings for 10 - 15 minutes or until they turn a golden brown.

To make sauce:
Combine sauce ingredients into a small saucepan over low heat. Heat until the butter is melted and the ingredients are well blended.

Serve with Bleu Cheese or Ranch dressing with celery and carrots for garnish.

I also like to go to Buffalo Wild Wings and buy their sauces to cut down on time and offer a variety of flavor.
