2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
6 eggs
2 3/4 c. cake meal
3/4 c. potato starch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. choc. chips
Sugar and cinnamon for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Cream the butter and the sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Combine cake meal, potato starch and salt. Add to mixture. beat until smooth. Mix in nuts and chocolate chips. Form into 4 or 5 logs. Bake approximately 20to 25 min until tester comes out clean. Take out of oven, cool slightly, slice on an angle. Sprinkle each cookie with sugar cinnamon mixture, Put back in oven for approximately 5 min. to dry. Flip and repeat on the other side.
