Leftover pie dough, unbaked
Cinnamon sugar
Melted butter (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Press pie dough into pie plate (as if you were blind baking). Prick all over. Brush with melted butter (optional) and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350º until golden brown.º

From Donna: Mom used to make this with leftover pie dough. She’d use her small (6-inch) fluted Pyrex pie plates. I remember eating this a lot when I was a kid. A few years back I bought some of those pie plates on eBay (e.g. Pyrex stopped making them years ago) so I could make them for my kids. Mom didn’t brush her dough with butter. This was a suggestion I saw on the Internet (guess a lot of people used to make these with leftover dough!).
