3 C rhubarb
pinch salt
1 C sugar
2 egg yolks
1 T flour
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook in top of double boiler until thick. Pour into baked pie shell.
Meringue:
Combine 2 egg whites, 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/8 tsp cream of tarter. Beat until soft peaks. Gradually add 1/4 C sugar. Bake in slow oven until firm.
