Mayonnaise (Kraft)
1 egg
cracker meal
diced onion (1 tbs.)
1 tbs. parsley
lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
salt
tabasco
1 lb. crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise, egg, cracker meal, onions, lemon juice,salt, tomato sauce. Add 2 tbs. cracker meal (you could add more, but Dad refused -- it was important that you get the taste of crab.

Roll either in flour OR cracker meal. Fry or broil on both sides.
