1 box Angel Food Cake Mix
3/4 c. sugar-free strawberry preserves
3 T. miniature chocolate chips
Cooking spray
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the Angel Food Cake mix with strawberry preserves. Beat until foamy, as directed on box. Do not add the water. Fold in chocolate chips. Place the cookies on cookie sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325º for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are browned.
