1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 onion - chopped
1/3c rice
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2c pignolia nuts (pine nuts)
1/2 c chestnuts - cut
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2c raisins or currents

brown onion with butter
add meat and brown
add rice and rest of ingredients
add 1/2c water
If rice does not cook, add more water until rice is cooked.
about 20 min total
