1lb. ground sirloin
1lb. (HOT) sausage links
1lb. bacon
8oz. pepper jack cheese
1 medium onion
1lb. brown/shiitake mushroom
14 mini buns/ Hawaiian sweet rolls
12oz. buttermilk ranch
tt salt & pepper

Directions:
Remove casing on sausage links.

In large mixing bowl, combine sirloin and sausage. Then place in refrigerator. 

In a large skillet, fry bacon. 

Remove bacon and drain most of the bacon fat. 

In the bacon pan, add sliced onions, salt & pepper.  Cook until translucent then add sliced mushrooms, S & P.  Cook until tender. 

Slice or grate cheese. 

Remove meat from fridge and form into 2oz patties. Cook patties on BBQ or flat top. Melt cheese on burgers. 

Assemble bun, burger, bacon, mushroom & onion mix, and a touch of ranch.  Enjoy!
