For Dressing:
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. crisp bacon

For Salad:
2 lb. new potatoes or small red potatoes
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, cut in 1 in. pieces, fried until crisp and drained
salt and pepper to taste

Mix ingredients for dressing in blender. Use 1/2 of recipe for potato salad and reserve remainder for use in green salads.

Cut potatoes into 1 in. cubes or quarter small potatoes. Boil until just tender, drain and season warm potatoes with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly and toss together potatoes and dressing in large bowl. Chill.

Just before serving, fold in onions and bacon.
