4 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
4 c. grated cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cook and drain the macaroni, place in a large bowl. While still hot, add the cheddar cheese and butter and stir until melted. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and add to the macaroni mixture. Pour macaroni mixture into a greased 13x9 dish and bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Top with additional cheese if desired.
