1 lb. ground turkey beef
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 16 oz. jar salsa
8 6-7 in. flour tortillas
2 c. shredded co-jack cheese
1 green onion
4 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
1/2 c. sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Brown turkey or beef and add taco mix and amount of water directed on the package. Continue cooking according to package directions. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 c. of the salsa. Arrange 4 tortillas in the bottom and sides of a greased 13x9 baking dish. Spoon turkey or beef mixture evenly over tortillas. Sprinkle with 1 c. of the cheese. Slice green onion and sprinkle half of the onion over the cheese. Top with remaining 4 tortillas, overlapping slightly. Press tortillas down over filling. Spread remaining salsa over tortillas and sprinkle with remaining cheese and onion. Bake 30 minutes, and let stand 5 minutes. Chop lettuce into thin strands. Serve taco wedges over lettuce and top with sour cream.
