1 package (9oz.) refrigerated Cheese Tortellini
6 c. fresh baby spinach
1/2 c sliced green onion
1 bottle (8oz.) regular or fat free ranch dressing
2 c. shredded red cabbage
2 c. grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
8 bacon strips, cooked & crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water and set aside. In a large glass bowl, layer cabbage, spinach, tortellini, tomatoes, and onion. Pour dressing over top. Sprinkle with bacon. Cover and refrigerate at 1 hr.
