1 sheet (18x24 in.) heavy duty aluminum foil
1 small onion, thinly sliced
4 medium red potatoes, cut in bite-size pieces
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 450º or preheat grill to medium-high. Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray. Center onion on sheet of foil. Layer potatoes evenly on top of onion. Drizzle w/oil. Sprinkle w/seasonings. Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form one large foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside packet. Bake 30-35 min. on a cookie sheet in oven or grill 15-20 min. in covered grill.
