6 med. eggs
1 lb. sausage/bacon/ham (your preference)
2 c. milk
4 slices of French bread, cubed and sautéed in butter
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
1 Tbsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk, salt, and mustard together. Crumble sausage/bacon/ham; cook and drain. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish, line bottom with cubed bread, then layer first with cheese then meat. Pour egg and milk mixture over all. Refrigerate over night. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes or until done.
