1 large pkg. orange jello
2 c. boiling water
14 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained well
8 oz. Lite Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello, water and pineapple (do not drain). Refrigerate until just starting to set. Stir in mandarin oranges, then fold in Cool Whip. Pour into 9x13" dish and refrigerate until set.
Can top jello with the orange slices if you want to make it look nice.
