8 ounces uncooked flat rice noodles
2 Tbs brown sugar
2 Tbs low sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbs fish sauce
1 1/2 Tbs lime juice
1 Tbs chili garlic sauce
3 Tbs canola oil
1 cup chopped green onions
8 ounces shrimp
5 cloves of garlic - minced
1 cup fresh bean sprouts
1/4 cup chopped unsalted dry roasted peanuts
3 Tbs thinly sliced basil

Cook noodles according to package directions. Combine sugar, soy, fish sauce, lime juice, and chili sauce in a small bowl. Heat a large skillet over med heat. Add oil. Add onion pieces, shrimp and garlic. Stir fry about 2 minutes. Add cooked noodles, toss to combine. Stir in sauce, cooking 1 minute. Arrange 1 cup of noodle mixture on plate, top with 1/4 cup bean sprouts, 1 Tbs peanuts and 2 tsp basil.
