4 eggs, well beaten
1 cup milk
Dash salt
1 tsp vanilla
12 slices Texas Toast
2 cups cornflakes crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, salt, and vanilla. Mix well. Dip slices of Texas Toast in eggs, coat both sides. Coat both sides with cornflake crumbs; place on well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 450° for 10-15 minutes.
