½ cup butter
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Place butter in 1 ½ quart casserole. Heat in microwave for 1 minute or until melted. Blend next 4 ingredients, through vanilla, into the butter. Cook on Level 8 for 5-8 minutes or until thickened. Stir occasionally during cooking time. Add coconut and pecans. Stir until cooled and of spreading consistency.
