2 lb ground beef
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
8 potatoes peeled and sliced
1 onion chopped
1 20 oz can pork and beans
1 10oz tomato soup
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, salt and pepper mix well. Place potatoes in bottom of a 4 qt casserole, top with onions, cover with beef, spoon pork and beans over beef, pour tomato soup over top. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours
