Ingredients:  
1 lb Italian sausage - brown and drain.
Add the following to the meat and simmer for 30 minutes:
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp basil
1 lb can of tomatoes (16 oz diced, stewed, etc)
2-6 oz cans of tomato paste

Cook 10 oz package of lasagna noodles.

In a side bowl, mix:
3 cups ricotta cheese
2 tsp parsley
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased 9x13 pan, layer noodles, meat and cheese mixture.
Top with 1 lb of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 35-45 min at 375; remove cover half way through. Freezes well.
