2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
16 oz can pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Frosting:
1 ½ Tbsp butter
4 oz cream cheese
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 ½ tsp vanilla



Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix oil, eggs, and pumpkin. Add remaining dry ingredients. Mix well. Add nuts. Bake in well greased 11x15 jelly roll pan at 375 for 20 minutes.

Frosting: blend all. Add water it too thick. Double this recipe if making a sheet cake.
