1 T egg whites
2 c pecans
1/4 c sugar
1 T cinnamon

1/2 c egg whites
16 c pecans
2 c sugar
1/2 c cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Separate egg yolk from white. Beat white until foamy. (Can use pre-packaged egg whites). Coat pecans with egg white. Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over pecans. Stir until coated. Spread nuts on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 300º. If you're doing this, you might as well make a big batch!
