2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 cups vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 heaping tbsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a sauce pan and cook until it's blended and hot, I guess! Then use it for German potato salad.

Don't have many directions as to the cooking. But it does great things on German potato salad.
