1 envelope Bear Creek Potato Soup
1 (32 oz.) southern style hash brown potatoes
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. Sour cream
2-3 drops pepper sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hash browns in 8 cups boiling water. Mix soup mix in approx. 2 cups of hot water and whisk until smooth; mix into the cooked hash browns and cook for time stated on soup mix envelope, add sour cream, cheese and pepper sauce to taste. If too thick add more water.
