1/4 cup butter
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1½ cups buttermilk (divided)
3/4 cup all purpose flour
10¾ oz. can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a 13x9 glass baking dish in a 425 degree oven, set aside. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; dip in 1/2 cup buttermilk. Put flour in Ziploc bag; dredge chicken. Arrange chicken in pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake an additional 10 minutes. Stir together remaining buttermilk and soup. Whisk until well blended. Pour over chicken and bake another 10 minutes. If necessary, cover with foil to prevent browning. Serve chicken drizzles with gravy from dish.
