Ingredients: Sauce 1/2 stick butter 1 c ketchup 1/2 c yellow mustard 1/2 c white vinegar 1/2 bottle chili sauce 2 1/2 T light brown sugar 2 T worcestershire sauce juice 1/2 lemon 1 1/2 T pure cane syrup dash of hot sauce black pepper Stew 1 lb pulled pork 1 lb white meat chicken chopped 1 lb ground venison or beef 1 lg onion chopped 3 cloves garlic minced 2 T butter 2 T cooking oil 2 cans yellow corn (one may be creamed) 2 cans chopped tomatoes 1 can chicken broth 3 chicken bouillon cubes dissolved in 12 oz water 1 to 2 cans diced potatoes hot sauce to taste

Directions:Sauce: Combine first 3 ingredients in a sauce pan and cook until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until well blended and thoroughly mixed. Stew: Melt butter and oil together. Saute' onion until soft. Add Venison or ground beef and brown. Add melted bouillon and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Add all other ingredients including sauce and bring back to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 30 minutes or until done stirring occasionally. |
