2 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. rosemary (dried) or 2 tsp. fresh
1/4 c. dijon mustard

Mix all ingredients then pour over salmon fillets. Broil 4 in. from heat, 5 mins. per 1/2 in. thickness.
