2 -3 lbs. salmon fillet(s)
Marinade:
1 c. white wine (sherry)
1/2 c. dijon mustard
1/4 c. olive oil
2 T. minced garlic
1 T. dill
1 T. basil
1- 2 T. capers
1/2 - 1 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate salmon for 2 hrs. in wine sauce.

Bake at 350º until salmon is opaque (30-40 mins.) basting with wine sauce.
