1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. mashed bananas (3 bananas)
1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 3 T. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs. Next add the bananas and beat well. Add salt and vanilla.

Next, put in the buttermilk with baking soda, flour, and baking powder. Beat well.

Bake in greased 13 x 9 pan at 350º for 25-35 minutes. Best when iced with buttercream frosting.
