12 ears of corn, fresh
6 Tbsp. soft butter
5 Tbsp. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Place metal steamer in bottom of large pot and add water. Stand corn in water and bring to boil. Cover and steam 6 minutes. Remove corn to a roasting pan and let cool. In a medium bowl, beat butter and cream together with a fork. Stir in salt and pepper. Brush half of the butter mixture on the corn and bake 4-5 minutes. You can also cook the corn on the grill over medium heat. Remove the corn from the oven or grill and brush corn with remaining butter mixture. Enjoy it!
