2 lg. green tomatoes
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
dash salt
dash pepper
2 lg. eggs, beaten slightly

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut green tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Pour oil into a deep frying pan and heat to about 400º. In a small bowl beat eggs, add salt and pepper. On a paper plate combine flour, salt, and pepper. Place tomatoes into flour mixture, being sure to coat both sides. Place flour covered tomato into egg mixture, coating all, then placing into preheated frying pan. Fry both sides until golden .
